Cancellation & Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to purchases made on https://www.blackowhite.in.

  • Order cancellation by customer
    You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order if the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • To request cancellation, email support@blackowhite.in with your Order ID and reason.

  • If the item is already dispatched, cancellation cannot be processed — please follow the Returns & Exchanges procedure below.

Returns, Exchanges & Eligibility

  • If you receive a defective, wrong, or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blackowhite.in with photos and order details.

  • For size/fit exchanges: we accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery if product is unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Customized / personalised / made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect on arrival.

4. Refund timelines (minimum & maximum)

  • Once your claim is approved and returned item (if required) is received, we will initiate refund within 5 business days and complete refund no later than 14 business days.

  • Refunds to cards/UPI/wallets may take up to 14 business days to reflect depending on banks/payment providers.

  • COD refunds (if applicable) may be issued via bank transfer or store credit and can take 7–21 business days depending on verification.

5. Refund method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method wherever possible. If refund to original method is not possible, we will arrange a bank transfer after identity verification or issue store credit.

6. Return shipping

  • If return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free.

  • For change-of-mind returns/exchanges, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless specified in a promotion.

7. Pre-orders & upcoming items

  • Pre-order items may be cancelled before dispatch. Refund timeline for pre-orders will follow the standard refund timelines above.

  • Name & contact number

  • Photos of defective/wrong item (if applicable)
